The D Team has managed to win its very first game ever, and in fine fashion too! They not only won their game on October 17th against the Sun Prairie Rage, but they also played to their first shutout. The final score was 3-0.

Fern Tremaine had a great game in goal, managing to keep out every shot with help from her team of able defense-women: Stacy Blasiola, Amy Pasley, Jackie Gorand, and June Kazmarek.

On the offensive side of things, Jenn Wardman started the festivities in the first period with an unassisted goal. In the second and thrid periods, Kim Hunt hooked Sara Feider up with two great passes to round the final tally out to three.

The D Team is very excited to have come by their first win, and is even more excited that it was also their first shutout.
