Schedule:

Hockey is a full body workout that drastically increases strength in body core, legs, glutes, arms, and
shoulders. Skating rivals running in calories burnt, so if your workout is worn-out and you enjoy
exciting fast pace activities, this is the place to see if hockey exceeds the need.

Check out what these players have to say –

“I was amazed at how the instructors broke down the skills. I already play but found that the teaching style helped me understand the body movements better which made it even easier to improve.”  - Shelley Unsworth

"It doesn't matter whether you're a beginner or have skated for years; there is nothing better than emphasizing proper mechanics to bring up your game.  The USM coaches make it a lot of fun and are always willing to tailor the lesson." – Ruth Peterson
