Come join us and improve your hockey endurance, skills and strength with dryland Training at the Pettit National Ice Center.

All levels of players are welcome and encouraged to attend. If it has already began please feel free to join us at a prorated rate.

Time: 6:45-7:45pm
Pay is: $100 per person (10 - 1 hour sessions)

Second session starts: (All consecutive Mondays)
Date: Monday Jan 10 thru Mar 14
Time: 6:45-7:45pm
Pay is: $100 per person (10 - 1 hour sessions)

Drop ins welcome at $12 per session.
